November 28, 2004The Needle
To help ward off some of the nasty bugs living in other parts of the world, we went to see a Physician that specializes in travel vaccinations. The nurse spent a lot of time talking with us about illness prevention - especially on what not to consume - dairy, anything that grows touching the ground, tap water etc. She reviewed our destinations and activities so she could prepare the recommended vaccinations. Ultimately we only needed Hep A, Polio, Tetanus, Typhoid Fever & Malaria....luckily only three of them required "the needle". The only side-effects were a couple of sore shoulders. Comments

Glad that is over with, huh?! Look forward to hearing all about it. Sorry I missed your call on Monday, Susan. Call again. |
