July 03, 2004Krakow Check-In
Arrived in Krakow yesterday. In an internet cafe and about to head off and do a bit of sightseeing. Have been warned off taking the night train from here to Praha...evidently there have been quite a number of people (one a girl who is staying at my hostel) who was gassed and had the lock on her pack sawed through and her money stolen. So I will be taking the day train to Praha tomorrow instead, which means spending all of Sunday on a train. But I've heard of a good English-language bookstore in town, so I am going to go rustle up some reading for the trip! Sunny weather today. :) Slept well last night, a blessing after not getting much sleep in Warsawa. So...I will update this post later once I have some news of Krakow to report. All my love to everyone! Comments
