Why are you "stumbling"?

I had someone ask me why the name of this blog uses the word "stumbling". The easiest answer is that it refers to the way I walk. Although I'm agile and pretty quick on my feet when it's necessary, I generally appear pretty clumsy. It's a deceptive facade really.... sorta like the awkward swagger of the Drunken Master. I bulldoze my way forward, trip occasionally, and slide into form. If something gets in my way, or if my steering isn't correct, I either plow through said object or I bounce off of it. It's a sad condition, I know, but I'm used to it.

Likewise, our stumble through Thailand is a reference to the way we've planned our trip. We have tickets and a will to travel. The rest will be made up as we go along... thus we'll stumble into adventure all the way.

I'll do my best to capture our journey with this blog. If you like what you read, please make a comment. If you have questions, I'll try to answer them in my next entry or hit you up privately.
