August 06, 2004Bio
This trip basically started as a crazy thought in Mrs. Morrish's class in high school, about wanting to see the place and people I had devoted so much time/effort to. Fast-forward 4 or 5 years to a point where I finally realize that delusional thought and at this point, the whole vision had such inertia that after becoming mutually hostile towards the study abroad department, there was no way they could stop me. They proved their worthlessness, and I my determination. Though I'm in over my head and I don't know where exactly I'm going or what I'm doing, I think it's best that way. At some point I hope to meet people I can be friends with, "learn how to read good and do other things good too", but above all take National Geographic quality photos. At the end, who knows, if I survive, I'll get to hang out with Tom in Hong Kong. Comments
