I feel that I am finally getting a little bit of the flow of conducting research. It is slow, yes, but continual, sometimes in an unpredictable way. Like this morning I woke up at 6 am with a burning question for Dominique and had to write it down.

I had a slight setback yesterday, in that I went to see the lopon when Dhondup suggested but he wasn't there, and a carmudgeonly looking monk said come tomorrow (today) at 5pm. Also this morning Dhondup suggested that I talk with Asonam, but again I met him but he said come back tonight at 7. So I hope I'm not being pushed off indefinitely - perhaps Dominique can help me if it happens again since I don't have that many days left. Thank GOD!!! or karma. or something.
