Only 5 days left...............
We decided to send off the trip on the beach, so we're on Koh Samet, the closest island to Bangkok.
It's pretty here, but sort of played out and expensive. Lots of top-less (clue-less) farang. It's funny to see the looks of shock on the Thai vacationers when some 250 lb Brittish girl takes her top off and bounces into the water.

But I'm having fun practicing a new sport; 'floatie surfing'. The waves here can get pretty big, and sometimes you can ride them in all the way to shore.

So, I'll get my tan on for the next day or so, then head back to Bangkok to tie up some loose ends.

Then it's back to the states, where I'm definately looking forward to seeing all my friends and family whom I've missed so much and to get back to some of the convieniences of home (like toilet paper in the bathrooms, (not the dinner table), and not having to check most meals for 'extra' ingredients)

But I have a feeling I'll be back soon!
