We are getting ready to hop on a bus to Thessaloniki.
We just met a man.... another backpacker.... but not a normal backpacker. At first I thought he was homeless. He looked very weathered and dirty.... but GET THIS.....
He has just finished walking for the Guiness Book of World Records. I couldn't understand him totally.... his accent was very thick (he's from Belgium).... I don't even know his name. But what I do know is that he's been walking for SIX years! Wow! He autographed a Belgium flag that he's been carrying around for me!
I wish we could have stayed and talked to him or at least gotten a picture, but we all had a schedule to keep.
