Wow!
What a freakin' rush!
I successfully completed an undeniablly awesome bungee jump yesterday.... and you know one of the first thoughts that came into my head?
"I'm getting too freakin' old for this crap!"

It was REALLY hard!!! Ten years ago I would have done flips off the bungee platform... but this time... I was shaking!!! I still jumped (of course), pride would never let me take the ride of shame back down in the basket, but geez! I keep thinking.... what's wrong with me? Where did my nerves of steel go?
So..... (sorry Mom and Dad) I have made it a point to get my guts back by (once again) participating in some extreme sports. Today I'm going rock climbing and tomorrow I'm going on a safari trek with white water rafting, elephant riding, etc.

Ahhhhhh, I love Thailand.

Back in Thailand finally. We are all in Chang Mai.... I think it's the largest city after Bangkok. It's quite charming and we have been here for a while. There is actual REAL Mexican food (iye, yie, yie!) and a decent hotel and a great market for shopping!
Tomorrow we will head to Pai (pronounced Pie... yummmm).
