I am here at the Pink Palace hostel on Corfu Island in Greece....
I must say, this place is amazing!
It's more like a resort than a hostel. There are only a handful of guests, which makes the place is very intimate. There is free breakfast with bacon and eggs, lunch consists of a tuna melt or gyro and only costs 3 euro, and dinner is included in the price and I get SALAD and VEGGIES in addtion to pasta, meat, chicken, etc. It's wonderful!
The ferry came in at 7 AM this morning and thank goodness, the Pink Palace bus was waiting for me when I walked off. It was such a relief. I am so glad that ferry ride is over, but I'm so glad I did it. It's definitely quite the story. Actually, I ended up going to sleep cramped in 2 small reject airline chairs, cold (freezing cold)... but amazingly..... I slept alright. No complaints.
