Things I Did not Expect in Hungary

1. Awesome caving. The guide, as weird as he was at first, turned out to be freaking great. It was well organized, it was fun.

2. I did not expect to feel a difference after leaving the thermal baths. I seriously felt rejuvinated.

3. I really did not expect all the freaking strip clubs and tattoo parlors, especially in small, resort towns with a bunch of old people, like Balatonfured. I mean, naked women on billboards, strip clubs, and porn are everywhere here in Europe.... it was just that Hungary did not have enough class to balance it out.
