knobhead me!!

yep my parents were right, the last one wasnt up to date so here goes. i arived back to whiskys guest house and not much had changed, as they say here…..’same same but different!’ again the wasnt much happening here. so decided to be productive one day and hired a motarbike and headed up to doi suthep the temple on top of the hill with some friends. nice relaxing day up in the jungle we went as far as the gates to the doi suthep temple cause they wanted to charge 30baht to goi in and out of principle they shouldnt sell buddha.

but good day out all the same reads some more of the tenth insight to the cellistine prophecy which is getting very weird now. rup if you read this i now have it and suggest you find it it does tie it all up. anyway went out that night as per normall on my little bike, i named her martha, and had a wicked night apart from this weird thai guy that keeps foillowing me round like a puppy or a bad smell i cant quite decide. maybe a bad smelling puppy…yeah thats it. any way rambling a gain but i then did what i lecture everyone at home on and drove home pissed!! yes rowan you can laugh at me. going home was quite enjoying riding at night so went for a tootle round town then ended up rapping the bike round a lampost and half way up a fence at 90kph. stupid bloody idiot i know. so got found by a tut tut driver who then went of to phone people then next thing i remember is waking up on the side of the road with loads of police and ambulances round me. i then tried to run away or get on the bike and drive of cause thai police bloody scare me but had half my foot hanging of so that was a no go. they took me to hospital and the police took the bike and i was in hospital for the next four days. they operated on my foot and stiched it up. i had cut down to the bone so that was messy and painfull.

but im out and about now hobling around and feeling like a twat. but everything happens for a reason and that forced me to stay in chang mai for a bit longer and the silver lining to all this is that i got offered a job as resteraunt bar manager in a guest house. the is no bar there at the moment sso i have to design it, stock it write the cocktail menues etc. should be wicked. if this works out for a while as long as im earning money and free food, accomidatiion then i can just extend my trip and go traveling afterwards. we will have to see but at the moment i have free board and food and cant go any where anway. we all moved out of the original guest house causethe thai people there are bloody mental headcases so i think this worked out good all round. this now brings you up to date with me i hope you are all enjoying the xmassness (i bet you are loving it rowan!!) it doesnt seem very xmassy here and i open my bar on xmas eve so big party then.

Bloody nutter. I hope you’re feeling a bit better now and that you’ve managed to shake off the weirdo alright 🙂 Unless he has a thing for gammy-footed nobheads? :-p
it’s not very xmassy here either mate, maybe something to do with me cancelling it this year ??? I dunno. I did see santa zooming round bristol in a soft top last weekend though so he is about.
Hope you have a wicked xmas, might email you before then anyway, but if not, yay for your palm tree-tastic christmas 🙂

    Love, Jodie xxx

Hi Knobhead! How’s the foot and the bruises? Are you getting about now any better? What happened to Martha? You say that the Thai Police took her away – does that mean that they are involved? Were you insured? Who did Martha belong to? Sorry to be a nagging old parent but we can only be concerned for our knobhead if we know the score. Steve dropped round this evening on his way back from a couple of days walking in the Lake District with Dan from Bath Uni. He thought your escapades were hilarious – typical Jen was his comment – but no sympathy! Tim and Tracy are having a house warming party tomorrow night. Olds not invited – suspect too much smoking will take place but Steve is not going either as he and Anya are having a party for some of their Stroud friends at Anya’s place tomorrow night anyway. Usual mad rush before Xmas – not enough time to do anything let alone be ready for Sunday. Hope your Visa renewal has gone OK – please confirm for M & D’s peace of mind. Still only gives you another 30 days as I understand it. What then? LYL M & D.

Hello Mrs… glad I’m not the only knob head in the family!!!
Coming over to Thailand in a week (via China so it is taking bloody ages!)
Get into Bangkok early hours of the 31st so time for a bit of a sleep and then party for New Year. Not sure of general plans yet but I know a lot of beach will be involved. Let me know what you’re up to and maybe I can pop (or should it be hop!!…sorry!) to say hi.
