Bangkok in a coupla weeks…
Thursday, January 26th, 2006Can’t wait, I’m leaving for Bangkok in two weeks! Accommodation for the first few days have been booked at Suk 11, thereafter I’ll be going to Pattaya for a day and then heading back to Bangkok. Only spending a week there, which to many, is very long and they go “what you gonna do for so long? only shopping in Bangkok.” While I am gonna be shopping, I hope to experience more of the Thai culture than just that!
It’s hard to believe that about two years ago I’d said to my then boyfriend, “I don’t have the desire to travel, at all. Isn’t that strange?” That was before I started backpacking about. And now I just can’t stop… I think it everyday and spend my time idly surfing sites for flights and travel advice. And that gives me a little of a high!
