Actually, the first staff meeting I’ve been to was this past Sunday and I was quite impressed with their goals and strategies to increase sales. It was way more sales driven then I thought it would be. We brainstormed ways to approach customers who are “just browsing” as well as training new employees. At first, I thought I was way too old for this because a bunch of the new employees looked like they were 12! oi!
