Wednesday nights are Chan family dinner nights and last night was no exception. So lucky that I chose to fly in on Wednesday. We had many people over including Alicia (Eddie’s gf), Uncle Jimmy, Benton, Neda & Phil with their new baby Indiana!
Auntie Katy spent a lot of time making plenty of food! Everything was so tasty! I need to get her recipe for cannelloni, it’s the most popular.
Great to catch up with everyone again and meet the extended famly.
