Cuz’ I’m Leaving on a Jetplane…
Every year at vacation time, John Denver becomes my number one favorite singer of all time. I’ll be over it by tomorrow, though. I leave today. I leave December 25 and I arrive in Sydney on December 27. That’s one hell of a flight plan. It’s still not the worst. It took me 32 hours to get from Koh Samui, Thailand to Little Rock, Arkansas. I challenge anyone to beat that.
I really can’t tell you how great it’s going to be to go on vacation in a country where people speak English. Granted I won’t have the opportunity to practice my espanol, but I’m pretty sure my speech actually gets WORSE every year when I try to use it.
The saints at BootsnAll have graciously given me 2 weeks off from the Business Travel Logue, although for once in my life I was proactive and pre-wrote some posts for my time away. But I like to talk to much, so now I’ll be doing this blog for the next few weeks. Should be fun.
