Back in London
So… we slept in a bit and got to London at 2, hung out at the British museum (African, American, Greek galleries), ate sushi and calmex for dinner, tried to find Wicked tickets or a movie we could both agree on (failure), not doing a ripper tour because I’m broke and will come back to London, searched for an adaptor (mine broke at 8pm at night, meaning NO PLACE is open that sells them).
AND! We made 10£ for reviewing 4 versions of the tv spots for Sunshine!! Of course, I’ve seen multiple versions of the trailer, but I was totally excited to get to do market research for film spots, and for a film I’d really like to see (I chose the one with the best shot of Cillian Murphy – it also explained the plot best and captured the mood of the film trailer). So yay. Ross didn’t like the spots – but whatever. It paid for dinner.
AND! We found the only beard papa’s in Europe. And they had green tea flavor, which was much better than the other kinds I’ve tried in Boston.
