Hi Bert. Don’t know if you got my text or not today but I was watching Everton v Chelsea and thought you might like to know who sponsors Everton… it’s plastered across their strips and advertising hoarding… Chang Beer!! I had a little chuckle to myself and thought of you out there supping yourself silly on the stuff. Guess by the time you read this, you’ll have finished your LOST marathon. Don’t give away the ending will ya, i’m still watchin it on TV here and my Mom is who by the way is also reading your blog religiously, so she will not want to know either. Pics are spectacular by the way, have revisited several days worth now they’ve uploaded. If anyone doubted your word regarding that spider, or should I say eight-legged-freak-of-goddam-nature, they won’t anymore now faced with photographic evidence. I could NOT have slept in that room after that!! No way. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Ray and Rays Mom!!!!

Only managed to get through 18 episodes yesterday!!!!! so finishing the rest of today, talk about a weird series!!!

Told you I was’nt exagerating!!!! Shame I had to destroy it but the room was not big enough for the both of us!!!

Re: Chang, I found out in Thailand that they sponsor Everton and one night in Bangkok when I had had a beer, I emailed Chang direct and sent them the pic of the 5 of us drinking Chang in our Chang T Shirts…. No Reply, I also expressed my interest in Chang being distributed in England and voluntered my services!!!!

    Catch up with you soon

    Hi Brett!
Yes enjoying reading your blog & sharing your experiences & antics in some small part! The pictures are amazing & give us poor average Joes back here a taste of your incredible journeys. Envious really as always longed to travel to exotic climes so well done on your decision to go for the China experience (even if only by the toss of a coin)! Had to titter as well as shiver at your encounter with supersize spider as I imagine your phobia is on a par with Ray’s regarding 8 legged fiends! The “Lost” adventure probably seem mundane in comparison to your own, but would still like the ending kept secret – Ta!
    Keep safe.
