La Rambla is an approximate mile-long stretch from Placa Catalunya to the sea. As you can see there were throngs and throngs of people out, so it was a little tough to navigate and see everything. Plus it was early in our trip and we were very concerned about pickpockets and gypsies getting our purses and goods, so huge crowds like this weren’t very comfortable for us.
