August 30, 2004End of a Roadtrip
The first entry in Jim and Lisa's world tour: A trip of amazing proportions from USA to South America, to South Pacific, to Asia, to Africa and back home again . . . So we have finally set up a website for our trip and with the help of the people at bootsnall. What do you think? We have already been travelling quite a bit so far. In many ways our world tour began on June 30th, 2004 in San Diego when we pulled out of town with all of our posessions in our car. Since then we have put over 8,000 miles on that little car and have seen wonderous sites, family and old fiends in Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Michigan. We stayed for two weeks with Lisa's family in Ohio before leaving again to come to New England. We are finally at rest here in New Hampshire with my parents. In all we visited 20 states this summer! It was truly wonderful to see all of you whom we visited. I hope to publish some of the pictures from the trip very soon. Thank you for all of you kindness and hospitality and please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. More to follow soon, Jim Comments
