September 03, 2005No one could have predicted this disaster huh?
Bush is a moron and every day that passes and there are still people outside his nuclear family that support this ogre makes me lose a little more respect for humanity. Either the man is dumber than stem cells (which he is ironically against...more competition I guess) or he is ignorant beyond our wildest imaginations and simply has no idea what happens in the real world. FEMA mentioned in 2001 that the three most likely devastating disasters the US would face were a terrorist attack in NYC, a hurricane in New Orleans and an earthquake in San Francisco. So, the Bush adminstration cut anti-terror funding in their first budget and had continually cut the funding of Clinton-era programs in New Orleans to protect against this kind of disaster. If we can drop bombs out of the sky at such "precision" in Iraq, canīt we drop some more food and water into New Orleans? Maybe instead of doing fly-overs for The Emperor With No Clothes, they could use Air-Force One to transport food there. Bush is 2 for 2 right now, if I were in the San Francisco area, I would start packing. Comments
I was waiting to see what your comment on this would be...choosing which thing to criticize Bushy on in this disaster has been like picking which fish to shoot in a barrel full of those really big, fat, slow-moving goldfish! Thanks for making me laugh out loud (yet again). Posted by: mel-against-bush on September 6, 2005 03:01 PMPost a comment
