I just turned 30. A seemingly big number for a little kid. I thought about just giving up, relinquishing control of my life to all those responsibilities that continually stack up (car payment, career, IRS, mortgage, the grim reaper, etc). But... that's not really me. So I decided to start scratching off items on my "List of Things to See and Do Before I Die".

Hence, a Round The World journey beginning on September 1. Am I crazy? What in the world am I doing? I guess we shall see. How will it all turn out? Well, it doesn't really matter. After all, I'm free.
