As of yesterday, 22 Oct, my folks have been married for 38 years. Quite an accomplishment to say the least. Mom said that growing old with someone you love is one of the best rewards of a long, faithful marriage. My Dad says that the secret is learning how to give a good scalp massage!

Whatever it is, they're a wonderful example for us to emulate. I look forward to growing old with Melody, and I'll keep perfecting the head rub.
