November 12, 2004Diwali
Today was a hindu festival which was really pretty tonight with all of the lit candles and x-mas-tune-playing x-mas lights, but there's a lot of noise with it. It reminds me a lot of halloween for some reason, perhaps because I'm so scared of all the militants out today. I like Kathmandu and Nepal a lot after seeing Tibet. Sure Kathmandu has nasty air pollution, but it also has excellent food and climate compared to Tibet. Comments
