Papaya of Death

Monday I went home for dinner and for dessert we had papaya which tasted great at the time, but proved to be evil. (it makes me sick just thinking about it now) The next morning I felt really sore and sick. Tuesday I had to finish the brochure, but I was late because I wasn't sure if I could handle getting there. I worked for about an hour, after which they served rice and butter tea. I think that pushed me over the edge - I managed to make it to the bathroom before I threw up but it was intense. Afterwards I felt a lot better but still pretty nauseautious. I managed to keep down a little food for lunch and dinner, but a couple hours after dinner I could no longer fight the feeling of throwing up. So I got up and went to put on my sandals whereupon blood rushed away from my head and my vision went black - I held on to the bed railing and stabilized myself. I think I regained my sight and felt imminent vomiting. I started towards the bathroom and that's all I remember. I think I kind of floated and felt warmer - the next thing were spots of yellow light, like from a lightbulb and people carrying me, though I had a similar sense of floating or flying - tibetan voices speaking rapidly all around me. I came to by the time I was on the bed. The doctor I had seen before read my pulse and advised them to get me juice - which really did help. All I could do was laugh and apologize profusely. Apparently I was out for about 3 minutes landing on the concrete floor, which I can feel today. This was the first time I've ever fainted.
