some progress

Someone else is interested, but there is a small problem with the dates. I've got the place subbed for at least the weekend, I think. I've been lazy and getting takeout every night, and I'm trying to stop. But once it happens, I'm outta here. Can't take it no more.
OK, two possibilities so far. I may actually make this thing happen. Another guy is interested.
I miss DC, weird. Actually, I miss some of the people I met. The radie cheerleaders in NYC are doing a lot of stuff this weekend but I'm so overwhelmed I can't concern myself with even this stupid election. Kerry will win. It'll be a repeat of 10 years ago, I think. NY is pretty much a sure thing, anyway, and my life would probably be much easier now if WBUsh had never been prez. But, hey, people here voted for him. THey voted for Reagan. But right now I'm really afraid: I can travel, still, but it's scary. Did I mention I have no support from my family, and they're ready to disown me for doing this? Money: some, but not much. Plus, I'll have to support myself when I return. I really don't exactly know what I'm going to do or how I'll work this out. BUt if I have to stay in NYC I have to work.....but I don't want to work at just anything. I'm rambling.....I know what you reader are thinking: what's this got to do with travel? It's travel vs. be an adult and responsible (tongue in cheek).
My other option is to get a roommate, but I have a one bedroom, and I'm an insomniac. It's almost 3 AM and I can't sleep.
my options:

Option 1 Stay here, work, find f/t job…..????

Option 2 travel now, sub entire apartment

Option 3 get temp roommate, travel sporadically

What I want:

Work in movies f/t
Go to LA
Travel world
Theater in NYC
Meet omi, j

Places: London/Europe Cairo/Tel Aviv Thailand/SE Asia LA

Place for little me

What I need: not much, but these essential: no smoke of any kind, heat, windows closed (nope, sorry not a fresh air person, can’t sleep with a draft). Other than that, I’m grateful! I’ll be considerate and happy to help out with whatever odd jobs need to be done around the house, or else with food. I tend to be a night person, but I’ll adjust to your schedule, no problem. Me, I don’t smoke, drink, do drugs, am basically (sort of) quiet. I have my morning routine, running through the park and yoga and writing, so a park nearby is definitely a plus. Other than that, I’m adaptable.
