Dresden

Day 11
Airports 5
Train Stations 5
Bus Stations 3
Currency Exchanges 2
Miles Travelled - I dunno yet

Dresden was pleasingly easy to get to from Berlin and has turned out to be absolutely beautiful! Not quite as exciting as Berlin, but worthy in it's own right. After getting a quick bite to eat (at good ole fail-safe Buger King... a Whopper is called a Whopper in German), I quickly took to the street exploring. There are amazing high rise cathedrals, government buildings, museums, churches, each with a spire that tries to out do the others. There is a porcelain mural that is 102 meters long on the side of one of the buildings. It's called the Processional of Princes, and outlines all the rulers from 1099 to 1800. I got a stunning panoramic night shot.
The hostel is quite and sleepy and caters to an older crowd. And they keep pushing their 5 Euro breakfast on me... Geez. I don't spend 5 Euros on food all day, much less blowing it on breakfast!
