Let us know your plans when you reach the UK. If you don’t make it up to Scotland, perhaps I can come down to meet up with you wherever you are. Keep on enjoying your travels.

    Greetings from Rainy Seattle,

Yes, Scott I am alive and well. I have no excuse only to say that I have been busy trying to transition into my new job, (love it)! Dave and I have been jumping onto your website keeping up with you two. What an adventurous trip so far. The pictures are awesome and I look forward on reading and viewing what you two experience next! I will give you all the down and dirty gossip on your personal email. I did however book my trip to South Africa and Germany. Leaving on June 6 to S. Africa and heading to Germany for the World Cup on June 21 – July 4th. So please make plans to spend sometime with us in Germany!

Hope you two are well! Miss you both! Toni

A few years ago I was told that there were places in New Zealand where beer is delivered in bulk to pubs from a tank truck. The delivery guy pulls a hose into the bar and charges the dispensing vessels from his tanker. Perhaps you guys can investigate the validity of this tale for me

  5. Jeff Chrisman says:

Glad to hear you guys are doing so great. Carmal and I have run into your Mom and Dad a few times here in the Weis. We were hoping to see you when you were in town before your big adventure. Our new baby girl Cayla is looking forward to meeting the Thomas family.

Scott, your brother just brought me up to speed on your travels, read some of your blogs, great, SE Asia has not changed much. According to your schedule you are in NZ right now, must check out Miford sound, rent car is best, queenstown rocks. Enjoy your adventure and I look foreward to your updates. $$$

For those of you who may be wondering where the travelers are and if they are lost in the bush or not- the answer is they are great and traveling on the northern island of NZ. We talked to them on Feb. 23. They were sitting out having coffee. What a life! They are traveling with another young couple so they are not limiting their social graces. As you all know neither of the two are shy, shrinking violets. The word is everything is going great and they will be leaving NZ for Australia around the first week in March. We will be meeting up with them the middle of March for a week of them entertaining the old folks so we’ll make sure they really are great. They say they are having some great adventures and will share some when time and availability allow. They are still taking lots of pictures so should have some good views if they can find a good location to get them downloaded.

  8. Andy says:

    Scott – Terra,

don’t worry about posting anything long, just throw up your tentative travel schedule for March – May. I’m moving back mid-may, but need to leave the country for a few more weeks to avoid local taxes…needless to say, I’ll meet you where-ever.
