The Falls Festival was a blast! Had a great time and got to know a lot of the staff I worked with and got to get out to see all the bands I wanted to. there were enough people that you could just say you were singing off for an hour or so to watch a particular concert!
Eddie met up with me on the first day so he could give me a little walkie talkie for future meet ups! Brilliant idea! Cassie, Phil and Neda were also there and Eddie’s group was about 20 strong!
Selling beer tokens you get a lot:
-1 dinner offer
-2 date offers
-2 “meet up with me after your shifts”
but no proposals.
I only spent 8.00 for the entire 5 days I was there. Great for a poor traveller like myself! woo hoo!
The after party rocked too! We had White Buffalo (US) and Dan Sultan (Aus, country-ish) as our performers and a DJ took us late into the night!
