Here’s a video I shot over the weekend of Adam’s race.
The first is the starting line. Adam is about the 2nd from the right. Everyone’s engines are off, straddles their front tire facing backward on the bike. Once the horn sounds, they must rush around, start their bike and go! Some have electric (push button) starts while Adam has a kickstart engine.
This second video is about 1-2 minutes after start. They loop back around and zoom past the spectators one more time before heading off into the trees. He seems to be in a better standing at this point in the race.
