so ya, the temperature lately has been about 1-13C and I knew that even before I left. Kathy mentioned to me before I left that they had one of the coldest winter nights a week before I left and it was 1C. For some reason I still did not clue in and bring 2 sweaters…. It’s had to wash the sweater when you need to wear it or else you’ll freeze!
And for some reason I can’t remember I thought to bring thermal underwear that I got from MEC. I’ve been wearing that to bed under my jeans and sweater!!! Basements rooms suck. Having no central heating also sucks!
Moving to other houseshare tonight. this time with 13 other people, sharing a room with 2 other girls. It’s a main floor room so hopefully I’ll be able to sleep without layers!
