This past Saturday was my annual summer BBQ. Had a decent turn out this year with 10 people, even with people being out of town for weddings and work and stuff.
The weather earlier that day wasn’t co-operating and I had thought we would have to eat inside because of rain. Fortunately, it cleared up and by dinner time it was good to eat out on the deck.
Forced Mike to be BBQ chef, (thanks again, Moike!)as I tried to prepare the hamburgers… The girls and Ian really helped out by moving the chairs, tables and food outside after deciding on eating outdoors.
Good eats! Dessert x 3!! Oh the desserts were so good…
You’ll be happy to know Jess, that I’ve tried the Yves veggie patties and they seem pretty good. I couldn’t find the Money’s brand though and I defeated the purpose of the veggie burger by eating one of my marinated chicken drumsticks…
