Level 2 Pole Dancing lessons

My pole dance lessons at Aradia Fitness are coming to an end this week. Level three is where you work out in high heels. I’m not ready for something like that although the women say that it’s a harder workout than just standing on your tip toes. I can do about 6 spins on the pole (which is way fun!) and the core body workout is awesome. I can feel my arms and abs are stronger.

I’ve had a great time and the best core body workout of any I’ve tried. Not that I’ve tried many different workouts… Pilates is really the only one and that was at a community college and it wasn’t true pilates… I am thinking a yoga/pilates class somewhere next, besides teh trapeze class….

anyone know of a good studio?
