6 hours sounds like a lot of time to be in a layover at someplace. About enough time for someone to leave the airport and venture around and come back, right? Ah, not so much for Chicago.
-1 hr waiting at gate
-1hr train ride into downtown
-1hr train out of downtown
-time wandering around the airport figuring out where to go
All we had time for was taking the train around downtown. But I made friends with an airport employee taking the train home. Dennis is a really nice guy.
