About Me
Well hello.
My name is Aoife. I’ve started this blog because I’m kinda lazy and don’t trust myself to email all the people I should be emailing while I’m away on my travels, and also because it can sometimes get annoying when someone is sending you buckets of emails about how much fun they’re having dancing in the moonlight with hill tribe villagers and sacrificing lambs and stuff while you’re cooped up in the cube farm yearning for daylight. So I figure, those who want to keep track of me can, and those who don’t………………won’t!
For those who don’t know me, I’m a 26 year old Irish girl. Like a lot of people who have decided to pack their bags and hit the minty highway, I got fed up with life in the slow lane. Last Tuesday, the most exciting choice I had all day was whether to have my shower before or after Grey’s Anatomy. This is what I’m dealing with people. So with much excitement and a dash of good ol’ Catholic guilt for leaving everyone I love, I’m landing in Bangkok on the 1st of October. And after that, I really can’t say.
I would also like to state the following: I am bad at computers. Very very bad. It’s taken me all day to figure out this blog malarky. So if my blog is a mess, if there are typos cluttering the page, if I save an entry on Puppies of New Zealand under the catagory “Food” – I’m sorry! I’ll get better, I promise.
