Lumos, Alohomora, Merlin and Nikki … What do these names have in common? You’re right! Answering to these Harry Potter/JK Rowling names earns each of my four kittens their treats.
There’s more to me than my kittens, of course. But a girl’s gotta start her introduction somewhere. Check back occcasionally for more about me and mine, as well as fresh photos.

“Lumos” is the spell for calling Light.
“Alohomora” opens locks.
My black-smoke-cat Merlin gets his name from his white beard (ruff).
Nikki of the red tail and ears, honors Nicholas Flammel, keeper of the Philosopher’s Stone.
