Postponed departure
Monday, March 5th, 2007Jess timed his flu so that we will have at least another week to spend here in Seattle. Our departure date will probably be closer to March 20th. In the meantime, I will enjoy a few more snowboarding days.

Hold on-we haven’t left yet
Thursday, February 22nd, 2007Stay tuned, we’ll be leaving the country March 7th. We’re starting our trip in Granda where we’ll be living with a family and learning some survival Spanish. Or maybe we will just use the picture book that Blackberry Anne gave us as a crutch to get around by pointing to items in the book, especially pictures of rice, beans, and bathroom.
