Blood tests and more planning!

CIMG0142.JPG

(If you're wondering about the picture...this is what I will miss when I am gone...my doggy (chocolate labrador...name Cash).
Hey there, well today was not very eventful besides the bloodtest I took (just part of a physical), this is a big thing...because I am scared to death of blood tests..well needles. Last time I took a blood test the lady had to do it over and over again 'cause she just wasn't a very good nurse, eventually I passed out and by the end of the week the whole inside of my arm had turned purple...that's why I am scared of them.

I was supposed to get the test a month ago..but I've been putting it off. Well I went in today scared to death but the lady was great, it took her like 3 seconds and then she said it was over, I didn't feel a thing, I was so proud of myself..I think I've overcome my fear!!!
On a lighter note, I planned most of the day, I looked around at:
www.seat61.com
and found a lot of information about train passes (the Trans-Siberian railway, Eurail, etc..), it's a really great site, anyone who plans to do any rail travel anywhere in the world should go there.
I also recieved my new Europe On A Shoestring book, it just came out this month, it looks interesting and it's very updated.
I've been reading two books, Lonely Planet Gap Year Book and Vagabonding by Rolf Potts (overall a great book and very inspiring might I add).
That's pretty much all I have done lately. Towmorrow I have to go waitress (on the weekends I do that).
I'll write more later!

What I Am Reading Now: Lonely Planet Gap Year Book and Vagabonding by Rolf Potts
What I Am Listening To Now: Nothing..I'm Watching Zoolander.. :)
Current Savings For The Trip: $3,500
