September 22, 2005A note
Bye, Greece, until the spring! I've just got back to Poland and have a lot more to say about Greece in the next instalment; I'm absolutely whacked now, but more stuff will be coming soon. Comments
posted your blog comments to an article on theophilos Kairis on wikipedia: drop me an email when you find this message at the above email address.
have been dabling with starting a new art movement called sousveillance and would love to relate the ideas of kairis against tyranny. there are two biographies on kairis available in the book shops in andros: the one on gavrion is the best one. Polemis is one, and Pascalis is the second. below is some of the ideas about the tavlomilos on andros and how they compose of a "wiring" or harnesting of natures power that philosophically touches upon cybernetics. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cybernetics the hypothesis is that within the philosophy of kairis, there are the roots of computer science, as embraced in the mathematics and thought of Laplace. http://stefanospantagis.net/journal/archives/2005/02/windmills_of_an_1.html of course, i am an overzealot andriote, who wishes to defend the greate teacher of the aiona! would love to set up a flickr site to delinineate the archeologic record from visitors who wish to share images of how the farms where networked via water clocks and the seasons.
