When “Blogspot” Was Drowned By Facebook
I also made an account on facebook, when the service was first appeared 6 or 7 months ago. I thought that facebook is more similar to Friendster–social networking service–not akin to blogspot or wordpress which provides more space for a more capacious processing intellect of the users. However, Facebook also provides a feature, “Notes”, where users can write there as well as on blogspot or wordpress.
I was also trying to write on facebook diligently. There are 2 or 3 writings that I had uploaded to my account. However, because careless comments coming in very often, I had deleted the account furiously, and then made a new one. So, I actually have made 2 accounts in the facebook. The note that I had uploaded in the first account, I didn’t care to bother. However, I still write in my blogspot and travel-dreaming blogs. There are features on facebook bears the name of so-called share or feed or rss or whatever, which can make any posts on my blogspot appears on the feature “wall” in the initial view of the facebook.
Consequently, I’m not a fanatic with facebook, even though I was not fanatical with blogspot (which at this time may be referred to as conventional or, exactly, traditional blog). I think I can still upload any posts at once in the two internet services, and – despite what people read or not – obtain satisfaction for any posts I have published in the media. For me, this is the most important. It often happens that posts that I intended to post to the traditional mass media (newspapers), but was not accepted, I can still “publish” it on the blog, and then it will appear in my facebook account too. According to the Javanese saying, “idep-idep-nglegani.”
