Seriously there is something very wrotng with me. In the first place, who backpacks (and subjects one of her dearest friends to such travel) in Eastern Europe in the winter? Who walks across the Slovakian border? Who FORGETS her passport when trying to travel abroad?! Yes folks, I forgot not only my passport but Aprilś as well. It wasnt until AFTER the train was in motion that I realized this (thanks to some nice man who asked his son for his passport). Ridiculous as I felt, my first instinct was to fix the situation. I immediately went in search of the conductor to explain.

She was so nice. She didnt stamp our tickets so they would remain valid for another attempt and she found us connecting trains to get back to Prague and then back on our way to Vienna. I cant believe I did that. But I know the story will come out sooner or later, so I humiliate myself further now. Craziness I tell you!
