My dear friend April flies in this Friday. I'm really jazzed! I'm picking her up at the airport in the morning and without even acknowledging her jet-lagged state, we're boarding a train for Prague. After Prague...

we're heading to Krakow, Poland with a day trip to Auschwitz; down to Kosice, Slovakia; over to Oradea, Romania; and finally to Budapest before we come back to Vienna for a few days. I made a reservation in Prague for Friday night at a really cute, new hostel called Miss Sophie's, but after that we're just going to show up at train stations and hope a cute, little, old lady greets us and offers us a room in her house, which is pretty common I hear. I'm going to try to write updates in the "This week's trip" category from every city we're in. So keep your eyes peeled and travel along.
