Hello family and friends and any other person randomly checkin' this blog! Ok so when I went to Ireland two summers ago I made one of these and promised to update it all the time, which translated into never, but I'm actually going to try this time!
About me...hm, a laughy sort of character who is absolutely, madly OBSSESSED in traveling!! Ireland and El Salvador have been my two major trips thus far, but I plan on traveling the world over until my dying day, and there isn't a spot on this delicious globe that I wouldn't love to visit one day. Anyways, yadda-yadda, the point of this here blog is to chronichle (spelled that wrong, but I don't feel like looking up the correct spelling) my first, great adventure in SOUTH AFRICA!!! YAAAYY! For all those who know me, then you must know that I'm an in love with South Africa and I have desired to go here for many a moon. So the adventure commences May 2nd continuing through June and July until I finally return to US soil July 30th. And then I go to Alaska, and them home..yaaay again! From May 11th-July 6th, I'll be on a volunteer placement around Cape Town, and then from July 6th-July 29th, I'll be trekking around exploring amazing South Africa and hopefully some of its neighbors. To my family and friends, I hope you read this and can accompy me (in spirit) on my journey!
