This weekend I helped Adam refinish his hardwood flooring. He rented a large industrial sander while I used a palm sander to take off varnish near the edge of the walls where the large sander couldn’t reach. It’s very loud and dusty but neat to learn all about refinishing hardwood. He’s already popcorned the ceiling in both his front room and dining rooms as well. Next will be paint!
btw, Happy Family Day! I spent an evening with Adam’s family last night as well. It’s good to catch up with his mom and sister when they’re in town. We watched fireworks at Meadowlark too. It’s supposed to be the largest fireworks display in Edmonton on Family Day.
