I never thought about my feet before I got orthotics. I just thought it’s normal to get sore feet after walking one hour. Low and behold, it’s not! 3 years ago I got some orthotics ($300.00! thank goodness they were covered by my health plan) and my feet have been happy ever since. (3 years and 5 countries!)
When I picked up my part time job at Ricki’s, I couldn’t wear my orthotics in my dress shoes so I went without. 4 months later, my feet are always aching and so I quit. Quitting didn’t solve the problem though so I went to Orthotic Abilities and am getting new ones! yay! (this time no coverage though 🙁 )
This should improve my hockey. I’ve not been running much because of the foot pain. I doubt anyone’s noticed though. I’m sure some of you might think it’s a convienent excuse though! ha haha.
