I am still alive... I have about five minutes brfore supper, so I thought I´d drop a quick note while I am in town.

I have had quite an introduction to the insects of San Luis this week, as well as the arachnids. I never wear bug dope, but I have been applying it quite heavily during the past two weeks. We have a type of black fly here that is malicious. I have more bug bites than clear skin right now. The most interesting experience was sharing my t-shirt with a scorpion this week and receiving three stings for the effort!

We finished our work on the timber frame today. I hope to have time tomorrow to post photos and write a bit more.
