The Errant Amnesiac (TM)

On Sunday, I met up with Annie, whom I have not seen since the Acadian night a few months ago. She caught me on Saturday night after my coffee chat with Helena, then asked to meet up the next day for Jazz sundays at “the End”.

The last few weeks have been non-stop socializing.

My brother, surprised at my sudden return from the PNE with monkey hanging around my neck, asked what I was doing last night. It was in the tone that he wanted company to catch a film.

Feeling suddenly aware that I have lost that balance of time for family, I sighed.

I promised him I’d catch a film with him today.

And so I did.
