October 28, 200330 hours!
In about 30 hours, I will be in Managua - crazy. I've spent the last few days doing laundry, shopping for things on my always-growing packing list, making mix CDs for my trip (um, of course not from music downloaded semi-legally) and packing. My flight tomorrow is ridiculously early - 7:00 am, which means I have to be at the airport at 5:00. Ugh. And then I have an 8-hour layover in San Salvador, so I don't even get into Managua till about 8:30 tomorrow night. But that's all right, because I'm entering the giddy this-trip-is-actually-going-happen phase of preperation. Next time I post will be from Nicaragua - yippee!
