As you remember from our yestrerdays post we just came to Merida which is the small city in Yucatan, since we are travelling with the backpacks some of us look like that: View image

But before we arrived to this beautiful city we went for an amazing trip to see the ancient Aztec city of Teotihuacan, the place is only 50 km from Mexico City and is simply breathtaking, built at the beggining of our era it was initially 20km long and bigger than any other exisiting city at that time. Two landmarks that we not only saw but even climbed are the Pyramid of the Sun (third in the world) and Pyramid of the Moon. Here are some pictures from these amazing sites:
