I have gone snorkling in the Red Sea a few times and it is amazing. I have never seen anything like it...it is a different world in the water. One filled with most exquisite colors, corals, fish and life.

I was a mermaid..the schools of fish swim by you breaking apart to avoid the new big fish (me) that just invaded their space.

Even snorkling the rainbow of fish was amazing...

Poka dotted.....black and white,
A rainbow fish of turquouse and peach...
Hot pink, red, orange fish..
Yellow and purple zebra striped fish...
Gold fish...
Silver, blue, yellows, greens....

The coral in bright blue, red, yellow and orange...

A sponge the size of a love seat..

It was absolutely fantastic...

I now want to get my diving license so next time rather than skimming the surface, I am down below.....like a real mermaid.

How cool will that be?
