Big apple doughnuts! everyone should get at least one from there! if you are as greedy as me, go for the white glazed one with peanut butter inside, you can almost feel your arteries closing a little bit.

I'm sure Melaka does have the world to offer, we had a great time there, but ran out of things to do a little bit in the last few days.
The bookshop was in the shopping mall opposite your one (the mall with KFC, Nando's, etc. It is amybe not quite the magical place I made it out to be, but it's cheap 'classics' section has kept me entertained through a full 5 hour bus journey (with plenty more to go!)
Thanks for reading Steven, hope the Deepavali celebrations are as fun in Melaka as they look to be in Singapore

Had fun reading your blog considering i am the manager of the mall where you had your sushi-ton and 'that' doughnut place...btw it's called Big Apple Doughnuts...

Melaka have so much more to offer provided you have the right tourist guide...next time you decide to come back give us a tinkle at the above website...

i other thing...where's that place where you bought your literature books...

Cheers
